Theresa Kelly began her Real Estate Career in 1996 and since then has consistently been a Top Producing Realtor in the East Pasco County area.

In 1998, at the age of 32, Theresa purchased the 27 year old Real Estate Brokerage firm that she began her career at.  At that time, Theresa was the youngest Real Estate Brokerage owner in the County.  After 7 very successful years running her 2 Independently Owned Real Estate Companies, she was asked to join forces as a Business Franchise Owner with the #2 Real Estate Company in the USA, Keller Williams Realty International.  In 2005, Kelly Realty & Associates, Inc. became Keller Williams Realty, Kelly Realty.  Through her hard work and dedication, combined with the great talents of many of the top producing Realtors in the area that Theresa helped manage and train, Keller Williams – Kelly Realty took another huge growth opportunity. In 2009 and 2014, Theresa partnered/merged her 2 Keller Williams Realty Franchise offices with existing Keller Williams offices in the surrounding larger Counties of Hillsborough and Polk.  Just as designed, the new Business Partnership brought massive Exposure and Opportunities to both the Local Property Owners and local Agents that otherwise had never been possible in our gorgeous, but very Rural, areas of Eastern and Central Pasco County. 

During her Career, Theresa has earned and received many Designations, Recognitions and Awards from several top Local and National Real Estate Affiliations, including being named as one of the Top Producing Realtors in the area by REAL Trends several years in a row, consistently earning Gold, Platinum and Silver Production awards from Keller Williams International and Keller Williams Realty, New Tampa.
